guys please help.. as you know ive been shopping for A YFZ for about a month now.. trying to get the best deal.. a few questions first off.. ag.use.. if you say you use it on your own land or for farming you dont have to pay tax.. on a yfz(thats a farm vehicle) its $550 in tax saved.. anyway weve all done this in the past w/out problem.. anyway ive been to 10 differnt dealers willing to sell me a yfz on farm use.. but the one i was at today said he could not do it without a farmer ID#.. he said there was a new rule enacted Jan 1 2004 that is activly busting down on this and now they are persuein farm claims to see if they are just and if you cant persent a farmers ID tax # when asked could be fined up to $10k.. whats the deal with this.. is it true... i know in the past worst case would be you would have to pay the tax later.

Ps.. if your in TX and bought a YFZ, please pm me with where and exact price. OTD.. i wont share that info with anyone.. i just trying to find the best deal and they are more expensive TX.. so far w/out tax best ive found is 6700 and with tax is 7200... I dont know how other states are doing it soo cheap.. i just want to hear from TX.. thanks
