I have a 2002 raptor 660R and i want to take the airbox out. Is there any kits i can buy, or anything i can rig up to take that off and still have a filter???

Ive got that intake sixsixT is talking about, LOVE IT! Im at 170/175 and my plug shows Im a tad lean, so time to go to 175/180!!!! If you want pics lets me know, I can email you some.

 

I have one also.......and i really like it......but I'm going to the direct mount filters on my 39's on this build.........

I had mine like that for a while........and I had it jetted perfectly on the stock carbs......when I installed the sixsixt kit I had to go up 2 mainjet sizes in both carbs

 

Did you notice any increase in power?

 

quite a bit actually..........I REALLY like mine.......but I'm goin to 39 fcrs and it kinda defeats the purpose of going up on carbs to and run stock boots.........I'm going to buy the direct mount foam filter that fits the larger spiggots on the fcrs
