I have blown my Cometic HP. I have a reg. Cometic gasket I could use or would you order another HP. I think this has been a long time coming. When I first put the motor together after about 10 hrs the head bolts were loose and need to be retorqed. I retorqed and everthing was fine til now.

btw My cylinder base gasket is a little wet with oil also. Looks like the whole mo fo will be coming apart.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

I would use the HP with a little sealer (fel pro) and retorque the head bolts after a few good heat cycles.

 

Is that a spray sealant or silicone style? A part # would be good.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
