Last night about 2:00 am a group of fellow riders were out at the local dunes drag racing and having some fun when a member of the group decied to make a quick pass down the strip he fired up his YFZ 450 and off he went not wearing his helmet! (Keep in mind this guy has been racing expert for about 5 yrs). In a instant the bike went end over end and crushed his skull. He died instantly! A helmet would have saved his life. Today we rember him as being a great father, husband, friend, and all around good person. PLEASE WEAR YOU HELMET!! It's not worth your life.

I'm also guilty of not wearing my helmet sometimes and it only takes a second to end your life. When I do wear my helmet I usually dont buckle it up. I can see where in a end over flip like you describe my helmet might not do me any good as it'll be long gone. It's a good reminder to wear it and wear it right.

Remember the choices you make effect more then just yourself.

My mistake on the above message. Shouldn't have put the smiley face icon up there; Sorry
