Default FCR install?

What do you do with the vacuum hoses, I assume you just cap them off? Any other tips or tricks? They should be coming by the end of the week, just wanted to hear some info before I get started. Thanks

I'm getting a set as well, so I'll have to watch this topic as well.

I don't think you want to block off any of the hoses.

yes they are just vacum hoses from the stock carbs........you can cut them off if you don't intend to run stock carbs again........or you can plug the end up and zip ty them up..........

Note
do NOT do this to the crank case breather........

Default FCR install?

When I took my FCR's off my motor I noticed that there is a vacuum tube between both carbs at the top that was just open. I dont know if it were to hurt anything but the carb was clean when I took it off.

If you didn't block the vacuum tubes, wouldn't you be sucking unfiltered air into the engine, or am I wrong?
