has anyone complained about trail tech lights and how weak the bulbs are? ive gone trought 4 sets of bulbs since i got them they usually stand one ride and then they disintegrate. has anyone found a better way to mount them ( other than the handlebar clamp that comes with the kit) so they last longer? i anticipate someone saying you get what you pay for but these werent inexpensive to begin with.

 

Only solution I found was to send them back to Kelly @ tt and upgrade to HIDs. I had the same problems as you and just decided I would upgrade. Hope this helped, adios!

 

I have never had a problpem with mine and I ahve had them for a LOOOOONG time. I understand that its a vibration problem that kills them though. Maybe you can try to lesson the vibration at the bars (fill the bars with silicone or try anti vibe mounts) or rubber mount the lights.

 

Rocky Mountain sells a set that mounts up to stock headlight position that when im buy for my Raptor. $110, with that or im buying a set of PIAA for $200

 

i had a set which were mounted where the stocker went ..... and kept going through bulbs.....then one actually broke off! i dont do any riding other than in the sand(no jumping just drags)
