Default cylinder head cover needed...please help!!!

I am in need of a cylinder head cover for a raptor. Does anyone know where I can get one relatively fast and relatively cheap? Ebay does not have one at the moment.

Thanks in advance

I guess I am a little confused when you say matched. If that is the case, why can you switch out cylinders? Shouldn't everything be interchangeable? Everything is stock on my raptor.

That is not the kind of new that I want to hear. Well then, I guess the next question is where I can get an assembly? Is Ronnies.com the best place to get it?

both albaaction.com and ronnies.com sell the head and head cover as an assembly and you can't order each separately. I'm guessing there is a reason for this. This sucks regardless. What happened is that I broke the head cover while I was disassembling it. I didn't know that there were two allen bolts beneath the intake tappet cover and broke that little piece off. I wonder if it is repairable? Does anyone know if this would be worth repairing. It shouldn't see much pressure.

The reason the head and cover are matched parts is because of the cam journals. If they did not match perfectly you would have big problems

Bartlett,

Do you think that JB weld would hold it or should I get it welded. It looks as though it is cast...steel I suppose. I am correct I believe in that this piece will not see hardly any internal pressure so I'm thinking that as long as there is a good seal, everything should be fine??? Do you have any other suggestions. This is really unfortunate and it really upsets me.
