Blasters are a great little quad and have a lot of power potential when the need arises, but boring it out is not something you want to do unless you need to freshen up the top end, Hollywood dirt is the best when it comes to blaster engine modifications

i think blasters are ok i only bought it cuz it was the cheapest thing i could find. it was my first clutch quad and i pretty much out grew it in the first week i had it. it depends on how big you are IMO.

I have driven many big bores and they just dont do it for me. i would much rather have somthing with better suspention and longer. i would say if you are a beginer the blaster would be good for you.

a stock blaster will pretty much destroy a piped z250 in top speed and acceleration. While the suspension on the blaster is no better than the suspension on the z250, you can upgrade it with new shocks while on the z250 you have to settle for stock. If you look hard enough though you can find a good deal on a shee. I sometimes see shees that run fine sell for 2500. And the suspension on the shee is a night and day difference compared to a stock blaster.
