My grandfather actually owned a few. This particular incident occured while we were trying to catch one that had escaped. Man those things are retarded. Instead of running away from you they run staight at you when you follow them. We were driving them with a couple of quads. The stupid emu actually charged the 300ex.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] The ex won that fight though[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

ive gotten quite a few close calls with the grouse in the area where i ride....one didnt even budge while my friends and I are riding on the trails with our dirtbikes, was just after a corner and i was hard on the powerband in 3rd, and poof, missed my front tire by less than 10 - 15 CM....woulda gone down pretty decently if i hit it too.....other than that...i have never ran over anything or hit anything except the bugs.

and I think I might of hit a bird too, not to sure though cuz I was being chased by a cop at the time...
