Default Ever rolled your quad?

I've only rolled my raptor once.... It happened less than a week after i bought it from the original owner. IT still had the stock raptor tires on it, and they were worn down to almost nothing! Well i was riding along on my friend's property on a gravel road and I decided to pass him. I was in 4th gear hauling past him and all of a sudden the road took a sharp turn to the right. so i slammed on my breaks and knew i wasn't going to make the turn so i went off into the sagebrush and kept going for a bit.... To my surprise there was a little ditch where water runs by in the spring. my front right tire hit the ditch before i could come to a stop and it threw me off my raptor onto my head and flipped it upside down into the ditch. I was sure glad i was wearing a helmet and the next day i bought new tires!

Yes and it took many months for my ribs to recover.A quad seems to follow you like a magnet to steel in a get off and it really hurts when it finally catches you.

Default Ever rolled your quad?

I was racing my son on his YZ250 up a small hill in the woods and the front end came up. I left off the throttle and ran right into a 4' pine tree. I didn't hit it square, it worked more like a ramp for the left side of the quad. It didn't hurt the Raptor much, bent the radiator mount a little, but it launched me right onto my head. Of course I had a helmet so it only rang my bell. That took the wind out of my sails for a good hour, my head hit the ground pretty hard.

The 2nd time I rolled it, I was trying to pass a YFZ on the inside of a MX turn. My right front tire bumped his left rear tire and I was upside down in an instant. The Raptor landed on top of me, I still had a death grip on the handlebars. I thought for sure I was going to get killed, there were a lot of quads coming through that turn and I was upside down right in the middle of it. I got my knees under the seat and then a foot to flip it over. I have a nice scar on my shin where the header pipe burned almost to the bone. No damage to the Raptor except a scrape on the seat cover from my boot. That's the day I decided the Flexx handlebars were tough enough for MX, not even a scratch.

I also had a friend riding his banshee at the dunes... he was going along the dunes just casually. He also took his footwells off because he thought it looked cool. And he just all of a sudden hit the downside of the dune at a weird angle and his foot got caught under his back tire and it ripped his shoe off and threw it about 50 yards in front of him, sent him flying off the banshee and the banshee rolled on top of him.. Needless to say, he put his footwells back on right after that.

Default Ever rolled your quad?

Two months ago, I was riding on this rock road, lost, almost out of gas, and it was dark. I was following someone who took an unexpected turn. I followed but had too much speed. I got launched, the quad did a 360 and landed on top of me. Broke a bunch of ribs on my left side and my right shoulder blade is still very painful. Got a few strange sounds coming from my ribs when I move now. The quad needed the axle straightened, new rear hub, bent the front A-arm heim joints and ball joints (replaced). Still not back to 100%. Hope I never do that again. That quad followed me in the air like a stalker.

Ive rolled it like 5 times.

#1. Trying to go through whoops but I wasnt going straight into them, was in 5th pinned, took a good spill and bent everything

#2-4. Gordons Well trying to go over some razor backs (from one side of the dune to the other) and one time I just ran out of dune and it flipped forward.

#5. Doing some donuts

My friends have flipped it but really soft, they just tried to turn on the side of a dune.

I dumped a foreman over onto mysel when trying to go down a really steep creek bank.
Flipped the foreman again trying to cross a homemade bridge some of the other riders made. (I had crossed tons of times, this last time the whole bridge toppled over)
and I flipped my grizz over in a stream because I had some water in my brakes and couldnt stop.
