Default Need Help on Warrior Jetting

Here is the deal, 99 Warrior, just added a DG Race Pipe and 1 jet size increase recommended. Put in a 150 and if you rapidly push the throttle it falls flat on its face, if you push the throttle slowly it is fine. Tried a 155 and put the 145(stock) back in just to see and same result. Plug is black even with the 145.
Any ideas at all?

Default Need Help on Warrior Jetting

I just installed a moose dyno jet stage one in my 04 warrior. I followed the directions that was given with the kit. The only thing thing I had to do that was not in the directions. The directions say to turn the fuel air mix scew out 2 half turns out.... I only turned mine out two turns and it runs great now. The directions was making it run two rich.
I highly recomend a moose dyno jet kit. Because the kit comes with stage one and stage two for the warrior and several different jets to meet the area where you live. You just have to follow the directions. then just tweak the air screw. I don't like stage two settings due to the fact that you have to remove your air box lid.. I ride in to much mud and water and that would ruin my motor. I ordered the kit for $90.00 through atv parts direct. It took me three weeks to get it.

I have a 04 warrior
dg front bumper, ac nerfs, moose swing arm skid,
stage one dyno jet, k&n filter, power core 4 exhaust
