Default troubles after rebuild.

Ok i am getting fed up with posting something and all these other people with the same old freaking questions everyday come in and push my important question all the way down to the bottom of a page in less than an hour, hopefully you guys can help me out cuz i am stupmed. Ok i have a 98 warrior that i just rebuilt the top end, every from the block up is new except for the heads, The reason i did this rebuild was because i was way down on power and it was ticking awfull. I just got it all back together and here is a list of things that i did. new valves, stiffer valve springs, weisco piston, stock bore, new cam, new timing chain, and anything else that i may be forgetting is also new, o and i have a K&N filter and adaptor, stock jetting still. but even when it idles it makes this dang tining sound, and when i rev it up it makes this sound also, i have no idea in the world wat it is, any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

P.S. i highly suggest doing a SEARCH for something before you post your questions. it would save us alot of time. Then if u cant find an answere to your question then post it, please give this a try.

Default troubles after rebuild.

you might check your valve lash, my buddies 400ex did the same thing. We got the lash back in spec and it was cool.

My buddy has a 2001 warrior and it has made that sound since it was new. We check the valves, and they are set right. My other buddy has a 2001 also and it sounds very bad.
