heres the trick i wish i knew when i was 14
if ur 14 and want a good atv, ask for a car
if u want a regular atv, ask for the best
cuz parents will always go one down on u to compromise
(im 17 now and getting a brand new beemer) yea im spoiled. SCREW YOU.

ya hope you regret getting a raptor just cause it has good reviews everything gets good reviews they just dont print all the bad ones get a fourtrax 250r puts some mods on it and you will be beaten everything for example spend just as much for a raptor for that much you can get a 250 with a trinty or ct 350 racing kit and nothing is touching you or what i want is the cannodale always with the power with the efi not this getting up to the r's in seconds the power is there right then dont always have love at first sight

Its feels so good to work your a$$ off then finally be able to buy a your own car or Atv or whatever. I'm 15 and worked almost all year to buy my scrambler, but i'm going to sell it, work some more and buy a raptor.

this is funny, why would you want a blaster? weak, my quadsport is ok when it comes to power, but it sucks for the woods, its only good on fire roads, for your type of riding, if you want somthing good, dont get a blaster, your not worried about speed right? get a kawisaki lokota, 300cc. 5 speed auto clutch, great suspension, really quick, i think i know why your going for a cheaper one, because your parents are telling you your going to want a car in a year or two, and you should save for that, thats what they have been telling me but i already have a 1972 chevy malibue SS454, who knows what im talking about?! anyway, i turn 15 in a month and a half, and im not going for baby ****, im getting a quadruner 500 00'\01' havent decided, but suzuki has a nice finance plan for the new one with 2wd, peace out

WheelieRider, Perhaps you should do a little research about the different ATVs you are considering and compare that to your riding style and mechanical abilities. The only good thing about a blaster is that it is very cheap. Unfortunately, it is also cheaply made. Why not consider a Warrior, Mojave, 300EX or 400EX. Being 180# and 6' you should have no problem with the size of any of these quads although the Mojave and Blaster might be a little small for you. Long and short... Don't get a Blaster unless that's all you can afford.

I'm 13 years old -almost 14- and i have a '97 Wolverine. I bought it used for about $4000 this past x-mas and it was in near perfect shape. i think it is one of the best because it's so versatile. i can go in the mud with a friend who has a Rancher, or jump with a mojave (which is another good quad.) it has the speed you're lookin for too. i took the racks off and it looks real sporty. i'm about 5'7 125 lbs and i have no problems with it. it does have a high price though unless you get lucky like i did. but i think youd be happy with a mojave or a lakota. ive ridden both of those and they're good for trails, jumps, whatever. good luck

-scott '97 wolverine not stock for long

Jeese it must be nice being like 14 or 15 and buying getting a new quad. I'm 16 and i'm still riding my old 250 Trail Boss. THen again, I also had to buy this computer, all my clothes, TV, sterio, and etc.
Someday, Someday i'll buy a poor old used Scrambler 400 to beat on
Oh yeah, i drive a AMC spirit, lol

My parents arent like that! My dad owns a law firm so money is not an issue. As for my first car, it will be the 2kPorsche Boxster sitting in my drive way. No complaints
