guys, why dont you check out the amaprostar website and read the records for the 600ss drag racing class. these machines are basically stock except for pipe and computer reprograming..no internal mods..no airshifter..no clutch mods..no chassis mods..the record is in the 9.60's at 140....i wanna see a raptor run that

 

If you have struts and a wheelie bar and he is stock it will take him 300' to catch you and fly past you. But you may win, depending on his skills as a rider. SET UP IS EVERYTHING IN A SHORT RACE.

You must be talking sand drags right. You have paddles and is stock tires. Hell I bet in 300' the R6 would only be in third gear at about 80mph on asphalt.

 

the record...bout 112 in the 118...i bet right around 80 in 300ft..why dont you be a real man and race him on top speed

OLDS hill is the only place to race, hope he can go through the whoops[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] Yeah the r6 will get you on flat pavement(it's home turf), but go to a raptor's turf and it will not be able to make it over the first whoop. Two totally different bike built for different purposes, this is fun though[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

On my 02 GSXR 600, in a 1/4 mile, I'm winding out in 3rd gear at 133mph....So I don't think a RAptor will hang......
