the camaro and corvette and not the same speed corvetts have bigger cams and better flowing heads which makes them fast the rest of the motor is the same in 01 and 02 camaros and trans ams. i have a 98 camaro ss and run 13.2 at 105 mph in the 1/4 and 84 mph in the 1/8 there is no way in hell a quad is gonna beat an ls1 maybe not even a lt1 at that there are alot of f-body that are bone stock running high 12`s at 110 112 mph M6`s of course
