hey mick 660r its a great bike my bro has a warrior and the raptor is totally different on everything except like the engine,i don't know yet on the speed between the two,but will know tommorrow when we go riding. It maybe that i'm not pressing down all the way,i'll make sure i do from here on out and maybe thats what it is and if it's not i got a 6 month warranty for them to fix it.

when this happens,,,,,,try releasing the clutch a bit,,,just to get the tranny to advance enough,,,so that it will slide completely into gear

(be sure to use just a little clutch,,,,your not trying to get rolling,,,just till you barely feel it advance,,,then pull it back in and the shift should be nice and smooth (clunk)

Hint:
You may want to edit your thread title to 'Raptor 350' (instead of just 'Raptor').
You will get more input from the Warrior guys,,,,instead of a bunch of views from us confused misguided Raptor 660 owners. (same motor as warrior)

Make sure and let us know how you like the 350. I looked at one at the dealership a week back. It was a nice looking ride.
