Sounds like you need a crank balance to me.......
no it's not that, it's the front tires barely touching the ground, bouncing off the ground which causes them to dance, b/c they cant spin fast enough or something. I need a helmet fin too.

What is the helmet fin gonna do for you? Let the tires spin fast enough?

I can keep up to stock raptors, It just takes some pushing to the limits on my 400ex. Some more power would help though.

Whats the deal with all of you? How old are you guys? He just wanted to inform us about how well the raptor performed and you bash him.
And no the helmet fin wont make the wheels spin faster, but it will stop the vibrating helmet problem.

I had an 01 raptor and i had to replace the tranny too its nothing your friend did the trannys are just bad on raptors, but i thought they fixed that in 02. It had a trinity racing 686 big bore kit with a yoshi pipe it was scary fast i know what you mean by the front tires dancing off the ground. But i race TT and i got a YFZ so i could race in the production classes. It is at duncan right now getting built does anyone know how good the fat boy 4 pipes are?

Yeah that's what I thought too. But his 03 Tranny went out, and now 1st gear is out of it. Thanks to the Yamaha dealer his warranty was up for 2 weeks. But they decided to fix 1st gear for free and cover it under warranty.
