If you have it in your area try Sunoco or 76. They make racing fuel, as well as pump gas. I don't know of the other companies fuel being used in sanctioned racing like Sunoco and 76. Also, if you live near a dragstrip you should be able to find a place that sells Torco 110 octane leaded race fuel at the pump. I have a place by me that has a special pump just for the Torco in the summertime.
But I personally usually use Speedway and Shell 91-94 octane pump gas because they are the most convenient for me on the way to the trails.

Sunoco usually has an ultra grade that is 1 octane point higher than the traditional premium in these parts. I opt for that when I can find it.

I work at a no name refinery and all gas meets the same specs, basically octane and vapor pressure. How you get those results can be achieved many different ways. The people that haul gas are trying to make money and bargain hunt just like most people. I would not believe for a minute that the name on the sign has anything to do with where that gas came from. Two of the gas stations in town that are across the street from each other have a 12 to 15 cent difference in price and I know they both have the same gas. So a lot of the time you never know what your getting anyway.
