I say go for it! When I had I mine I did just fine in trails , people say there bad at over heating but mine was bored to the max
and ported and was really made for dragracing but never overheated but just make sure you dont get a twist throttle because it almost killed me on the trails And to me I thought the handle bars were to low because when I did sharp turns the handle bars hit my legs.
Hope this helps, youll love the light switch power band.

If you've got space to open it up and ride it like it was meant to run - then get a Banshee. But if you don't have the room or plan on doing a lot of putting around on trails consider something else. Banshee motors won't stay at their peak if you spend all day on the trails. My 2 cents anyway

you can change the sprocket ratio to move the power curve where it suits you best, i.e trail riding, dunes, hills, blah blah blah

Almost all sport quads will overheat on tight long trails where clutch slipping is a must and ventalation is poor, but so will the rider if he's riding with proper gear, IMO they make trails exciting and interactive as it requires rider input and this is why I ride a sport quad and not a utility quad, and for drag racing...................need I saw anything????? man just talking about gets me hyped

BTW mines has only heated up after hard dirt drag racing back to back mutiply times, but never on a trail.
