hey guys, i've been really wanting to get a banshee for some time now, and i finally decided that i'm gonna sell my 87 250x to buy a banshee. i do mostly trail riding with many long steep hill climbs. i'm wondering if the 2 stroke powerband will be any good at this, b/c i know that the banshee is not that great at trails, buit i want something that i can go out and drag race too? i plan to mod it, so what are some mods that i can do to improve the low end power, and the stance for trail riding? all of your input would be greatly appreciated. also, what is considered a good price for a used banshee? thanx in advance for all who post!

 

yes you should get a banshee im only 15 and i have no problem going through the woods on mine the powerband should get you up most hills and they are very easy to mod for drag racing.

Ive never owned a quad b4 and just about everyone ive talked to said i should get a banshee. I ride mostly on open land and some trails. Definitly gettin me a banshee, there just a badass quad [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

banshees are amazing...if u kno how to ride the banshee will be fine in trails
and in my opinion probably the best drag bike u can have

I have a Mod Banshee. But I Like the YFZ 450 a Real lot.
I have a Buddy that has a Stock Banshee and a Stock YFZ 450 and in a 1000 Ft Drag race the YFZ is Faster.

 

if you want more power then you should get a smaller front sprocket and then some CPI pipes and maybe a degree key im getting my degree key tommorow

 

...this is how it is, if you say you can't ride a banshee good in trails, you shouldn't be riding at all.
