Warrior hard startin..

Default Warrior hard startin..

Well one day went ridng with the warrior got it all muddy didnt get a chance to wash it until 2 days later and it wasnt a very thougogh wash either, went riding and ddidnt wash it again for antoher week. it was at a firends house didnt have time to get it.. well it started fine one day.. after sittin for a week.. well after i did get it home and the next day went to start and it would hardly turn over and then it fired right off.. didnt get to mcuh worse till like 4 dayz later.. yestrdya and tonite it woudl hardly start.. i pulled the battery out and it was low so i filled it up.. but it still starts hard.. what should id o.. clean the slyinoid? starter? charge the batter a little bit.. will try to charge it a lil bit tomorrow and if it not work will pull the starter out and take a look.. might of got some mud in it some how who knows.. have to take a look ne hints now would be great.

Sounds like the battery is just really low...mine has done that once...it was fine for a month then one day it wouldnt start...charged the battery and she started right up...and always does...i love this thing because it it will always start up and never fail on you...and IT ISN'T A GAS HOG [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

i iwll try that since it was low on water i figured its probly about dead.. and just kept getin worse.. will try that tomrrow afteroon.. and see how it goes.. just makes me mad. cuz had a call today aobut the warrior.. so dont want to say needs a new starter yet.. would pi$$ me off.. so hope it works.. incase the guy wants to buy it

maybe the carb just needs a cleanen or check the airbox for water

well it wont turn over.. im chargin the battery as i type here.. so hope that works.. after i charge for about 10 min. and then put in and start it goes right off.. so i think its just the battery.. im hoping.. would hardly turn over.. puleld the starter out and it turns over fine..

tahts waht im afriad of.. i cna get it rebuilt for 80 bucks.. but i dont want to have to do that.. when a guy will be here next weekend to look at it.

my warrior won't start it buzzes in the back when i hit the start button wtf?

some of these may sound dumb but believe you would be surprised

check the oil
check the fuses
fill ur battery up with water(you already did)
make sure all wire connections behind the left rear fender (opposite side of pipe) are tight.
check for sparcheck the wires leading into CDI box
check the magneto and coils and clean them
change the plug
check the spark plug wire
check your kill switch to make sure its not sticking

thats all i can think of for now...
