Keep the air filter clean or better yet swap to a pro design filter set up.I only use Maxima 927 Castor Oil in any 2-stroke.I've seen Banshee's go 4 years without any top end rebuilds on this oil.Keep the trans. oil changed regularly.Banshee's like a lightweight gear oil.I've had best luck with regular and override tranny's using the Suzuki 10w 40 motor oil or the Honda Trans oil.

I must admit I've had the best luck with plain ol' Suzuki 10w40 motor oil from your dealer,it's like 2.50 a quart.Do not use any other kinda motor oil, they have anti-friction agents that'll cause your clutches to slip.

do regualr maintence, make sure ur plugs are the proper color, if not rejet it so its running perfect. rebuild ur topends when u loose power, shouldnt have to worry bout that unless u really race tho, only like once ever 2 years, its good to do it once every year or so. change ur plugs often also
