I prefer to run 91 octane in all my stock (or close to stock) bikes. I just ensures a little cleaner cylinder. I would recommend you use Bel-Ray for mixing and use whatever you run in your vehicles for the bottom end.

Premium its a banshee it deserves it.. Plus if its new read the sticker on the gas tank it says premium only. For the first 3 to 4 tanks run yama lube 2r at the recomended 28:1 I think the manual says then switch to some thing else at a lesser mixture. I run 32:1 Castor 927. But everyone has an opinion on premix. However never mix premixes and be consistant on the mixture. Also buy a MIX Right cup for accurate mixing. Or a 32:1 mixture is 16 oz or one container per 4 gallons. As for tranny BELL RAY all the way. Just dont go cheep on premix. Be good to the shee and it will last years.

PS. How good did it feel to bring that new shee home?

i always used 94 octane. 2004LEbanshee is right it deserves it. i really like klotz r50. it burns clean and doesn't foul out plugs. i ran my premix 32:1, thats 4 oz a gallon. btw its nice to buy oil a gallon at a time. i don't kno bout other oils but i got klotz in a 1 gallon container and saved a lil money and it last longer.

Rember when you first get it to run it through a correct break in. Warm up 15 min let cool 30 warm up 15 let cool warm up let cool. Then ride first 2 tanks no more then half throttle and try to stay out of the power band as much as posssible. I know its really hard.
