first thing, i am from canada/....ok, I have a package coming from RSP concepts...and its been pretty well 3 weeks now and still no PACKAGE ..ive ordered a lot from the states and it has always arrived within a weeks time..has anyone else had problems with shipping taking so long!! I called up USPS and they say without a tracking number they have no way of finding out where my package is..and I talked to RSP and he says there was no tracking number...im starting to get REALLY PISSED OFF!!!! no one can tell me where it is, whats going on etc etc etc

 

The company should have given you a tracking number when you ordered it.
Without a number there isnt really anything that UPS can do for you. . . . .maybe you just got ripped off?

 

Well I shipped a few things to Canada and the Post Office has a Global priority package that you tag it with a comfirmation number that gets it there in less than a week. I would tell them to resend it with a tracking number because you never got it.

 

jsut call them up and tell them everything

 

I'd like to say that this has nothing to do with CAM at rsp...he is the greatest guy to deal with and have gotten nothing but excellent customer service, prices and patience from him....SORRY Cam if it sounded like a was negative towards you......TOP NOTCH business at RSP
