read my other post in your HMF pipe thread....also try spraying the bolt with PB Blaster or liquid wrench....If its the tensioner, then don't worry if you snapp it...any local dealer should have a replacment in stock.....My axle carrier bolt fell out and i bent one tensioner completely backwards.....the dealer had it..

The problem bolt is the bottom bolt it cracks and makes all kinds of racket, I'll have to try some of that liquid wrench

Sheeew! Thank goodness! After a couple times not gettin it, I finally did!! I went to advance auto today and bought a can of that PB Blaster (by the way now comes w/ 20% more free) and I sprayed that stuff on the problem and bam! It works great! Thanks for the suggestion! Now w/ my new HMF slip on and My chain tightend it runs as smooth as ever! Thanks Appreatied much!

yup...that stuff saves lives...Liquid Wrench is a little better than WD40...but nothing compares to blaster....just make sure you keep your chain greased and you will have no problems!
