To end the confusion I would just buy some mikuni jets, but keep the DJ needles. For comparison, I was running 182.5/187.5 with the DJ needles, this was a similiar setup, only its stock bore, stage 1 hotcam, and a more restricted slip-on.

Yes, I think you are way lean. I too was disapointed after I had my motor rebuilt, I couldn't feel any difference from before. The top end felt really flat, but then I jetted it up it really came alive. Also, I think it takes a few hours to break in, because mine feels stronger everytime I ride it.

I ran 148/150 in my w/ Pipe, K&N filter and, no lid and, it ran very well @ my 600ft elevation. With the extra mods i'd call a performace shop and, ask what jets to run w/ your mods since they do it most often.

Who did your work?

By the way if it is "****Tuned To Perfection****" why ask for jetting help?

The dynojet mains are numbered smaller for the equivelent size of mikuni. The thing is, I'd be pretty sure that the jet kit you have doesn't have big enough jets- so you would have to special order them, whereas you can just go to any bike shop and pick up bigger mikuni's.
