89 octane is 83.9 cents
87 octane is 81.9 cents!!!

We have all been to 2 bucks a gallon before. We are just spooiled.

Seems I will be getting more riding on the ole' grizz this summer then I will on the boat.
I will still take the boat out, but not run as hard or as much as I have in the past years.

 

CHeck out www.gaspricewatch.com It shows the lowest and the highest prices in the states plus around your area. Its only $1.71 here for 87. Can't wait for summer . I do beleive they will be at least $2.50 all over by summer

 

So 1 liter is $.87.........3.78 Litres in a gallon......so that would be 3.78L X $.87 = $3.2886......So that would figure about $3.29 a gallon for 92 octane!?! Did I figure that right? That's crazy!!!

 

Purchasing of oil stocks in the past would have more than made up for the increase at the pump and while most are at there 52 week highs any major price reduction would make them a purchase for a long term diversified stock portfolio.

Oil and gasoline usage is not going away any time soon and I am willing to bet with them(oil stocks) than against them.

yep thats right! And thats one more reason added to the list of why I hate canada.

 

This whole thing is BS Price Gouging! They jack it up here every thursday and, it come back down a few cents every monday or Tuesday. Plus there is drastic differences in prices from the city to the burbs and, they are in the same county? That is another MOTHER LOAD of Crap! Some one has to do something about this.

Also, ever notice that if oil goes up in the market the price is reflected immediately and, if it goes down it takes weeks to trickle down? Yeah ok, like the gas that is in the ground already had to be bought at the higher price? How do you cut production and, all the other BS excuses they give us when the population goes up everyday and, more and, mroe vehicals are on the road? It is George Bush and, his Opec Buddies Jamming it to us w/ no lube!

There has to be something we can do. I tell you right now, i could be Governer (no contest) of Illinois next election by promising to find out where all our Toll $, Lottery $, Property Tax $, Gas Tax $, Cigarette Tax $ and, Sales Tax $ is at. All Of Which are at or near the highest in the Country! OUR GOVERNMENT BLOWS! People got to be P.O'd.

93 octane 2.20 > in the burbs, the City is proll .10 higher minimum across the board!

 

I'm from Canada and pay 86 cents/litre for 93 octane..which converts to !! $3.25/gallon !! you guys in the states have it good..we pay out the @ss for gas
