my warrior has this whitish smoke that has just started It doesn't smell like oil though I just installed a 150 main jet with 2 turns on my pilot my plug is brown with some white discoloration. so I do't know if it's my jet kit or something major and also I don't know which way to turn the pilot to make it richer or leaner please help. I posted this yesterday but it gets bumped back so quick nobody pays any attention

I have a wpp racing jet kit which I bought because it was a little cheaper and the only reason I bought it was because my stock main somehow was broken off but it is a 150 main jet with a stock pilot any help[ wll be appreciated

If you were jetted right in the first place, an engine just does not just start smoking from being too rich. White smoke? Doesen't smell like oil? Sounds like a coolant leak to me. Is the cooleant leavel dropping? I would do a combustion dye check and see how the test comes out.

The stock jet had actually been broken off inside the carb, How I don't have a clue that's why I jetted it. Also Warriors are air cooled so there is no coolant I just don't understand would the oil smell be obvious? I mean like a strong oil smell because this smell I can't describe but it doesn't smell like any burning oil I have ever smelled. My brother is trying to tell me that maybe I have bad gas so I am going to drain it today and let everyon know about thanks

I don't know what the he!! I was thinking about the water cooled deal!!!!! Ha ha ha ha. Sometimes I'm so focused on the symptoms that I forget what the engine it is!!!! Sorry about that.
Now that I have my head out, ( I think) I would do a leak down and see if you have much air leaking past the rings. Did you go through any deep water lately? Might be a good idea to check your sump and make sure the oil looks ok. Other than that, I'm lost?

I'm no expert but I think that black smoke when ya rev the motor indicates an excessively rich condition. White smoke (especially on start-up) can mean leaking valve seals or worn rings.
A compression check can rule out (or identify) worn rings. Is it hard starting ?

oil level stays the same and my wife just said that it kinda looked like it had a little blue in the smoke and also does anyone think that the clutch could make it smoke?
