Default Shocks - Stupid Question?

I have a Z400 and I can adjust my front shocks...What kind of terrain should I have hard shocks...and when should I adjust the shocks to make them softer?

Also what about the shock setting for the track?

Default Shocks - Stupid Question?

Rough terrain (rocky, uneven, whoops, etc. )softer suspension, can preload if needed. High jumps, fast corners, tighter suspension. Play with it, see what works. Wish I had a Z!
