Whats the point in having a kill switch?

Default Whats the point in having a kill switch?

It is probaly a stupid question but i dunno the answer what is the point in having a kill siwtch?

so that you dont have to take your hands off the handle bars to shut the machine down

To shut the motor off instantly...say you hit a jump, pin the throttle and head for another quad and dont have time to react to stop....al you have to do is hit a little button and it stops motor....or...if u have the killswitch that hooks to ur chest protector...so if you fly off...your quad doesnt keep going when you land and get someone else hurt...

My kill switch is for those days my boss forgets to pay me...I hit the kill switch...[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
