Well i got my nerfs in finally and well.... they dont fit!!
human error possible but... i dont know.. does anyone
have the dg alloys on a 04 warrior???? they say they are
for 99-03 and have the holes to maintain the rear mudguards
.. the front is what doesnt seem right... im trying to put it above
the bottom bar of the frame.. but where the frame meets a
verticle piece in front of the starter... it seem to pull it foward
from the footpeg mounting holes about 1/2 inch.... anyone have

webs in myself

A word of advice... HAVE THEM PUT THE WEBS ON FOR YOU!!!!

 

did you take the oem foot gaurds off? or do they fit around them.

 

by the way how do you like the alba pipe ? did you put it on ,?

 

yeah i took the foot guards off... but still something dont line up...
just fighting it man.. the alba pipe is tight once you get it jetted
right... haha.. i didnt put it on.. but i did the jetting... the only problem
i do have with the pipe is the tuning disks and the screws.. in some places
i have to put the spark arrestor on and ive broken two of the allen
screws.. bolts or whatever they are.. that does **** me off a little
.... oh well.

 

i have graydon's on my banshee, i had to drill the footpegs to get em to fit right. you may have to do the same on you warrior. I hope that helps.

 

some nerfs bolt on to where the front fender support things are.. at least they do on my AC nefs..

and about you alba pipe.. i love mine.. i had the bolts break off to.. but mine didnt line up right for some reason.. and they all forze in there where i couldnt even get a drill w/ a allen wrech and get them out.. i emailed alba and they sent me a whole new pipe..

 

i might have to do the same...
i got one back in .. but last night another completly broke off
on the alba pipe that is...

i dont think i should have to drill for the nerfs.. but i will check
