u will probably have to modify it urself, or u can call and have them send u another set, incase urs is a defect, but drilling wont hurt too much of anything

 

best thing to do would be drill out the holes and weld some new nuts on the back.. i was gonna do that.. but one day i got a ph. call and saying they are sendin a new pipe and just retun the old one.

here is the website with the nerfs... i dont think there is a way to modify them.. they have to line up to retain the
rear mud guards too... and they attach at the foot pegs using the same bolts the pegs do.

I wrote an email to dg.. and they still havent responded.. anyone else have problems with them.

Hah, usually ac gives me the biggest fits. My dg alloy nerfs were a perfect fit for my 03 rap. Is it possible they changed the mud guards for 04 to the same as on the rap 350 or some similar change?

 

i guess that is possible if they were gearing up for the production of the
raptor 350... hmm good thought...
well i hope they tell me something..
