Hello, I recently put a Big Gun exhaust system and a K&N air filter on my machine. I also have Works shocks on the front. I've been racing Hare Scrambles. Does it make any sense to drill 1/2 holes into the air box lid to get more air in. I thought I read that in hop up article on the Wolverine in one of the Mags...

So, you finally got the works? How do you like them?

My cousin has a 2000 Wolverine and I have a 98 Warrior (procircuit t-4 pipe). We both have K&N filters with 6 one inch holes with filters on the airbox cover. With the 6 holes it gave the Wolverine alot more responsiveness. We're both looking at getting a torque stuffer next. At high altitude 7000ft+ we use NOS offroad octane booster, seems to smooth things out.

Hope this helps.
