Tires For Banshee...
#1
Fairly simply question for everyone...What tires do you use? I have a Y2K Banshee with Toomeys and a few other mods to the motor but I am still running stock tires...Which of course now spin wildly under power making it difficult to even pull the front end off the ground.. Most of my riding is in hard / soft dirt with a few rocks thrown in for dents ; ) Let me know what tires you are running and possibly a good place to order them from on the west coast...THANKS!

My friend has the MX grooved radials on the front and razr's on the rear. The mx tires are great for hard packed and soft packed dirt. But if you ride in mud the tires are not self cleaning. They cake up and u cannot steer

I just bought a '96 Banshee, and it had paddles on it. Since I ride mostly desert/hardpack, I got 20x11x9 Holeshots on Dougalas .190's from Rocky Mountain ATV for $180, best price I could find that had them in stock. They work great in everything. I'm running stock fronts now, but haven't decided if I want just front Holeshots, or spring for the grooved radials that will probably outlast my Banshee.
