dont beleive ATV Sport, they say the YFZ does 62!!!!!! and the pred. 500 does 64mph. they also used the "Stalker Radar Gun" that rader gun is the biggest POS i have ever seen if its regestering those kind of #'s. A Raptor 350 tops out at about 60 even a tad higher. no way in hell it goes 50, maybee with flat tires...

well my 02 stock warrior vs my friend 05 stock raptor 350 raced today. He beat me by about a bike length. Mine was clocked at 64 mph wit a police radar gun.. so the rappy is mayb 1-2 mph faster.. the xcel is faster tho.. because it is 24 lbs lighter.

Second, if you dont like the 50.9mph top speed figure, maybe you should talk to ATV Sport and Stalker Radar equipment...

Elevation of 3500' though.
How is ridin next to a car not even close to a good rating man i was on the side of it and the cars speedometer doesnt lie

Well what he's trying to say is that most car speedo's are off, depending on the make, model, etc. like if you throw an oversize tire on the car, the speedo is off, even tire pressure affect the reading, less air, more air, etc. I perosnally think that speedo run is about as good as your gonan get without having a radar gun, etc.

Yeah, a lot of things affect speed-o-meters in cars...i mean a lot. Riding next to a car gives you an "idea" about how fast, but at no way can they be exact...

exactly, just like a gps can be off by 3-4 mph. i forgot what car it was but at 65 the speedo was off my 10 mph already, and it just gets worse.

Most cars are accurate to 55mph, becasue its the max speed most of us travel on the highways...after that...it all depends on make and model, crappy american cars bah
