It's been a while since I have been on here but I've had a few good rides lately. The last one there was 4 ATVs and a couple of trucks. We built a campfire and cooked out. Didn't get home untill 4 A.M. I am hoping to get to go Sunday if the rain is over by then. Lets here about those adventures guys!

 

Heading out this weekend. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] After a yr of being here we finally found some peps that live near by us to go riding with. Makes it alot more fun! We're going out to a GREAT place for sport quads. Sand, rocks, clay, flats/drags, and trails. Can't wait for tomarrow. I'll try to remember to bring the camera(for once!).

I went to Budds Creek last weekend for my first race and it was also a national so that was pretty awesome. Doug Gust won the pro class, that guy is fast! I also saw a YFZ break a swing arm, and another break an axle. But all was good for me and my rappy we didnt win but had fun didnt break anything and didnt come in dead last lol!

 

Im still healing from wrecking at St.Joe, I'm just now moving without cursing like someone with torets syndrome??????? i literally caught my quad when it landed on me from a small jump. Nothing broke on my bike or me

Thanks for the replies guys! I didn't get to go this weekend but my Wolvy did. My ex-girlfriends son borrowed it. The good news is it's in one piece and he even cleaned it up and polished the wheels.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] I told him to keep it a few more days till the weather breaks again.

Thanks Shasta, I really like it. It handles WAY better than my Raptor ever did. I just wish it weighed about 50lbs less. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] Overall its exactly what I was looking for.

 

Myslef and cwinter here on the forums went for a ride on friday. Finally got to give my new gearing a good run. We hit some trails and did some exploring. Got stuck in bog holes up to the fenders, and had a really good time overall. I didn't loose as much speed as I thought I would with the 12/42 gearing .. I actually picked up a couple km/h over my 12/40, but it was probably just better conditions.

 

Well, I haven't really got the chance to go riding in the last few weeks but something funny did happen yesterday. I was just sitting at home watching TV when I heard the distinct sound of a quad riding around. So I went out to see if I saw it and sure enough there was a few guys from the next street over riding around a warrior in the street. They were jamming out in there in the middle of the street, so I went to over to them and started chatting it up with them. Turns out they just bought the thing and they had absolutely no clue about quads. They thought it was the fastest thing on four wheels. It was pretty funny. Anyway, I told them about my rappy and they wanted to race. They swore they could beat me. So I brought it out and we lined them up. I let him win the first race so he could build up his confidence and boy did it. They are started talking so much trash it wasn't even funny. So we lined them up again and I demolished them. They each took a turn eating my dust. It wasn't even close. They were so mad and frustrated. It was just funny as hell. They actually accused me of having some sort of turbo. They just had no clue. It was pretty funny. I must have raced them about 10 times and the only time they won was when I let them win the first time. They wanted to keep racing, so I told them it was pointless and went home, they were pretty pissed. I hope they don't try to trash my baby now. lol...anyways, just thought I'd share..

 

ima go riding this weekend all day if i can fix my quad.
