Jakal you will be in class 2, unless your running something for fuel other than gas. It is a street bike motor, but dang near identical to a Banshee mill, no need to run the open class because of that. IMO.

the original rules always sounded fair to me. That's what I've been planning for so I hope they don't change, I don't have the time or money to add nitrous.

The rules look good to me except for class 2. Does it have to be stock bore and stroke?

 

class 1-3 should allow extended swingarm if wheeliebar is allowed.

3pm is slightly late to start racing based on what we've seen last year, maybe 2 or 2:15pm after meeting.

FYI, you can't always run everyone you want to before/after races. A lot of bikes sit.

 

Who is going to tech all the bikes to make sure all is in the right classes? If found in the wrong class what will be done and who going to do it? A non byiest party?

Last year I seen a lot of clear liquid being poured in the alky bikes and I don't think you fill them up with a measuring cup. This is a class 5 concern !

Looks like there will be a lot of people running on there honor. I hope !

Are these classes all going to be 300ft and 1/8 ?

I'm also like Scooby, the sooner we could start in the day the better. I don't plan on much grudge racing till after the main race is over. Last year it was almost dark when we got done.

Mark everything looks good to me as far as the classes. Lets just run what we have, race and have fun doing it.

Once these rules are into effect there will be no changing them. If you were to go race at a ATVDRA event and try to change the rules they would laugh at you and tell you to go home.

I will try to get there on Friday morning early and help with the set up.

 

I too like the ability to protest, but the fee should approximately cover gaskets, rings, labor, etc... of whatever is protested if they are found innocent.
