Default Piston Clearance?

Im putting in my friends piston and cam finally and we are worried the cylinder to piston clearance is too much. How much would be acceptable? .006? We are putting in a wiseco 11:1, stock bore, like mine. I dont remember having problems with my piston or the clearance. Can someone help me out? I dont want to put it together and have it smoke like crazy or have it break down later. Thanks!

Default Piston Clearance?

Thanks! Right now we are at .004, but Im afraid that after we hone the cylinder, it might have too much clearance. I think we will just have to take back the piston or sell it on ebay and go with a 101 or 102mm. Im measuring the clearance on the TOP of the piston with no rings, just the piston in the cylinder and get a snug fit @.004. The raptor wasnt smoking/burning oil or coolant, she just wanted to keep up with me and now Im feeling bad for her, its not turning out as easy as I had told her it would be
