Default homemade Drilled Airbox lid a good idea for my Wolverine

I was wondering if it would be any advantage to drill out the airbox lid on by wolverine i would put a screen under it to keep debri out
i have a bit of a power loos and im looking for ways to solve it before I do some serious upgrades

Do you mean you actually lost power or you just want more? If you lost it, fix it before you mod anything. And as long as you don't plan on going through airbox-deep water, all will be fine, although you may have to rejet.
