Raptor adjustments

Default Raptor adjustments

Does anyone know what has been changed on the raptor from its first year? Any problems they had to fix??

Somthing about the Rear brake rez?? I think it was on recall. Not sure tho.

The 02's and up have a new tranny compared to the 01' model.

And they say the 04's have a heavy duty one way starter.

only the 2001 have titanium valves i believe

Ti valves? Thats a new one on me.

Rear shock wasnt recalled, they just changed the design. Its a remote rezz for 01, piggyback for 02-04

Reverese rev limiter started in 02
Trans changes in 02
Color changes in 03 and again in 04
Introduction of LE models in 02
Rear subframe changed from alum to steel in 02
Some minor 1 way changes in 02 and again in 04

I think thats about all of them worth mentioning. Any more feel free to chime in.

Shav0 wasn't talking about the rear shock, he was talking about the recent recall on the rear brake rezzy. The only thing that they did tho is put rubber washers where it bolts to the frame to dampen the vibration. It was an easy fix that you probably could've done yourself.
