i dont think 2 highly of dirtwheels cuz they like to steal articles and claim them as there own, over at HDP YFS101 sent an article for them to put in the mag on troubleshotting, a month later he saw it in there but a few words had been changed and the dirtwheels authors name was on there not his, thats pretty low, and they are not always right on the money

 

I like the Mojave the best out of all of them. Personally, its my favorite. Most of the time the Mojave beats the 300EX in a drag race, I have rarely seen it lose to a 300EX.

The Blaster and the Mojave are almost dead even in a race. I have rode both and was sorta impressed because I had kind of under-rated them and was surprised when they were as quick as they were. When I speed shifted the Mojave into 5th and went to wind it out, it took off and jerked my head back. It wasnt a rocket ship like some of the big bore bikes, but it does pretty darn good for a 250 four stroke.

 

Dont you think its kinda unfair to put a 300ex against all the 250s. I mean they said it had the most power, well duh, its the biggest one there.

 

WHAT?!?! Everything i see there is wrong. A blaster will not spank all of those quads, like i said before, it will barely pull ahead of them. and i believe the tb is the slowest sadly. i hope you were being sarcastic.

 

z250... its acutually about right with what they compared them to.
Mojave=11:1 stock comp, with DOHC.
Blaster 200cc 2 stroke
300ex-9.3:1 stock comp, with SOHC.(yes the mojave and 300ex are about equal in drags, but the 300ex will blaze it in a track)
TB-Pointless to put in there 250cc 2-stroke, but geared as a utility.
z250-.. Not quiet sure
250ex-...Not quiet sure

Anyways I have raced, a mojave, blaster and TB. and my 300ex never lost to any. Not sure how fair it was vs blaster thought considering i was piped filtered and jetted, and he was stock.

 

Ok, even tho I dont know what all those fancy numbers and such mean, ill agree with you. I think I get most of them tho.
