Power is great, it pulls so much harder than it ever did before. You can go through all 5 gears like its nothing and the thing is wound out. I usually take off in 3rd gear because 1st gear is obviously useless and 2nd goes by really quick too. Its like as soon as you punch it you have to shift, 3rd pulls plenty hard enough and doesnt bog at all when you holeshot with it. It will do wheelies in 3rd gear as long as you arent going to aweful fast.
I cant say anything about reliability yet because I havent really had the time to run it a whole lot. I know a guy in St. Louis that has Mike Penlands original stroked crankshaft in his, that Mike raced 2 seasons on back when he rode FST Wolverines. To this day that crank is running good, and his Wolverine is actually over 500cc's.
When I was running my 446, I was originally running the stock cam which created incredible cylinder with the 11:1 compression piston, which was a pain in the neck because I originally didnt know what octane to run to make it quit detonating. I was running 93, which is the highest rating right here close other than Sunoco's Ultra 94 that you can buy on the pump, and I put a whole bottle of Octane Boost in that and it was still detonating hard. It didnt quit until I ran 110. So I decided to go with the Race Cam to reduce cylinder pressure and Im having the cylinder nic-a-siled right now. Overall though, the thing flew.

I actually found the number in a Dirt Wheels ad, they always advertize in there, but I think the web site is www.fourstroketech.com, the owners name is Mickey Dunlap and he is very helpful.

Tripower - How have you been man? I havent seen you on here forever. Hows that 500 running?? Notice the reference in my post above. LOL
Warpigs - Yeah man, it had some smoke. It would wheelie in 3rd gear after you were already moving. If you are planning on going to a 435/446, go ahead and have the heads ported and polished too. This will let the engine rev agian. With the stock ports and the big bore, it wont rev out like it did on the top end, but it will be a torque monster.
