Replace gas, spark plugs, and clean the carbs out.

Did you check to see that both slides are down. Some times one gets stuck open when you pull carb tops apart. To check just pull air filter and use a flash light to see that both are down in the intake. There should just be a lil crack at the bottom. Also did you remove the TORS system? Also try and post this on www.bansheehq.com they know alot and will be more help full.

You might want to do a compression check as well, if you don't have a gauge you can buy a cheap one at Auto Zone for about 20$.

Make sure the hose that goes between the carbs is installed. Make sure the right wire goes to the right plug also.

If you are sure it is a firing problem then you should start by checking all connections. Make sure the e-brake isn't one either. I never used mine and I bought a block off kit and then my bike wouldn't rev up. It took me about 30min to find out that I needed to secure the switch on the clutch handle. I think the test light might be your best friend here though. Check the wires coming out of the stator and make sure that the light blinks properly when you kick it. Then check it at the coil also. If it plinks at the mag and not at the coil you probably have a broken or pinched wire.
