Default Raptor 25's, 27.5 pilot jets?

I went to chaparral the other day to get stuff and decided to buy some 27.5 pilot jets for my Raptor. I told the guy I needed 27's for the BSR 33 carbs, Mikuni. He went to the back and brought me a pair. Well, they are way shorter than the 22's, look different pretty much all together, the holes on sleeve? of the jet were smaller than the holes on the stock 22's. Anyway, does anybody know the Mikuni or Yamaha part # for the 25's and 27's? TIA

If you have one out the best thing to do is bring it with and match it up. I'm not sure what other carbs they're for.

Nope, I don't have it out anymore. I also wasn't at the 3 and 3 1/4 turns out I thought I was either. LOL They were at 2 3/4's each. So I put those at the 3 and 3 1/4 on the stockers. Going to Dumont Saturday evening through Sunday morning to check things out. Get in some night rides and early morning. Should be fun and relatively VIRGIN dunes.

Are the 25's that came with the GYTR kits you have the same length and all as the 22's? Cause the ones this guy gave me are way shorter among other things.

Have a good vacation?

Yea they are the same length but the ones in the kit have more holes in the side then others I've seen, I don't know if it makes a difference tho.
Vacation was good. Dumont will probably be nice this weekend.

It's going to be warm there for sure 100's, thus the arrival around 6 pm and leave by 10 am most likely Sunday.

I tryed the 27's on mine and they were too much. But I also have different mixture screws which are a little different than the stockers. They all look the same except the # on the side.

My 27.5's are the same length as the 22.5's I replaced years ago. I am 99% sure the Mikuni model number is VM 28 / 486. I have too go too 27.5's too cure the old carbs blowing off problem. I have posted the proper way too adjust the idle circuit before as well (with a vacuum guage).

Thanks Gary.

The guy at Chaparral gave me VM 22/210. These do say 27.5 pilot jets on the bag. I've never had the carbs popping off problem. I do feel that I'm adjusted as far as I would want to go with the stockers though.
