My buddy just bought an 02 Banshee w/ CPI Racing full exhaust, K&N filter, V-Force Reeds and had his carbs jetted. His banshee toasts my bone stock Raptor. What should I do to help keep up with him, in the woods and on dunes

 

u should keep up or even pull ahead of him in the woods. but for the dunes...um get a banshee? or full exhaust, air box mod, motor work and a new carb.

 

if you buddy knows how to ride, you'll more than likely never keep up with him, even in the woods.

 

You could try a nitrous kit, with about a 25hp shot.

 

lol dont listen to him, u do a few minor mods (pipe,jets,filter,piston maybe) ull most definitely be ahead of him in the woods but dont take it too seriously when i saw ull never catch him in dunes because they are the FASTEST quads in dunes, i have yet to seen a 4 stroke keep up with a mildly modified shee in dunes

Woods are no problem on a Shee if you got a strong clutch hand and fast reactions to avoid smacking into a tree[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

Most people knock the banshee in the woods....
I can't see why...I have both machines. (Raptor and banshee)...I am just as fast on the banshee as the raptor...just a bit more tired when done on the banshee.
