I am sure my jetting is pretty close but these guys claim they get around 10 horsepower more out of tuning and jetting on their dyno. I guess I will know in time if it is worth the $120.00. Will be fun to see what kind of actual power the shee is putting out.

$120?! I hope you are getting 2 hours of run time for that. Around here it is about $25 a pull or $60 an hour.

I'll be interested to see what kind of power WK is putting out. Is it a drag, dune, play or what port?

If you go to the white knuckle website you can see exactly what I have (whiteknuckleracing.com). It is the 403 kit. I am very happy with it but of course wish now that I would have gone with the 420 or 440 kit. In time I will have the Cheetah kit with the Powervalves. The guy at White Knuckle is really great to deal with...my motor was done over a year ago but I am interested in what it Dyno's at and I am sure my jetting in the low and mid could use some adjustment. They have 2 tech's that work on it and tell me they can get it dialed in perfect in around an hour. The company that has the Dyno is called The Rocket Factory and ran by a guy that has world championships in cart racing. They have a really good reputation locally...was actually a write up on them in Dirt Wheels a month or so ago.

I live at about 5000' feet so we lose some power due to elevation. I took the shee to Mexico last fall and it ran like a scalded dog on the beach. I love Reno but the elevation takes it's toll on power. I am guessing my bike will Dyno out between 60 & 70 horsepower. I was told when it was built that it would be around 70 h.p. but I am not getting my hopes up too high. In drag racing I have never been beat but I stay away from the dunes on the busy weekends. I prefer to go when it is not so crowded as I love to ride the whole area...not just comp hill. All in all it has been an extremely reliable and fun motor. I know that there are plenty of quads that could spank mine but I blow my buddies lightly modded banshee away from start to finish.

displacement = radius of the bore squared x stroke x Pi x number of cylinders

diameter of bore = 64 mm stock
stock stroke = 54 mm
PI = 3.14

.040" = 1 mm, so .060" = 1.5mm, therefore you're bore is now 65.5 mm = 6.55 cm

radius = diameter divided by 2
radius = 6.55 cm / 2 = 3.275

3.275 x 3.275 (radius squared) x 5.4 (stroke in cm) x 3.14 (PI) x 2 cylinders = 363.7 ccs.
