kill switch
Do not hook it up to the stock kill switch. The stock kill switch is a closed circuit when in "Run" position. The Gunnar kill switch is an open circuit when clipped in. To hook it up you ground one lead on a bolt attatched to the frame. I use one of the front gas tank mounting bolts to ground mine. The other wire you attach to the orange wire on the front side of the coil.
This is only if you are using the stock CDI box. If you have an aftermarket CDI you may need to do it differently.
Somebody correct me if I am wrong, but that is how I remember having mine hooked up when when I had the stock CDI.

the raptor does not use a cdi ignition, it use a tci and if you try to turn it off by grounding out it will blow the fuse, you need to get a teatherd switch designed for a battery powered ignition like the raptor, if not it wont work right no matter how you hook it up. you will need a switch that completes the circut when it it plugged in and opens the circut when pulled out. then all you need to do is cut the white/black wire and splice the switch inbetween. if the white/ black wire is the power wire, i dont rember which one it is, I could look it up on the wiring diagram but the book it at my work so will have to wait till monday.
