Beating Raptors with a 300ex I dont even think is possible in the 300's unless it has a different motor in it.

 

funny how overprotective these raptor owners get... I own a raptor and it has way more potental to be a faster quad but I decided to focus on the 300ex...

 

I've raced a 350x with a very built engine on nitrus with my built warrior (when I had it) and he only beat me by a couple bike lengths. Your little 300ex (and by saying 300 you know you are saying it's a 300 bore) don't stand a chance against it.

Oh, and I'm not being overprotective cause i'm not even freakin talkin bout my bike!

 

Sorry about mis leading you its not a stock bore 300... its bored and stroked to a 406

 

I still don't think it would stand a chance.

 

What all do you have done to your 300ex manual?

 

hey manual i don't think a 300ex bored to whatever you want to,still will not beat a raptor in a drag or top end or anything like that.sorry

 

BTW, there was a article on a 250x weighing in at 275 dry, that would kill banshees, not sure if you guys saw that.
Tried reducing as much weight as I could without going to the 250X casing to remove the battery. I dropped down to 350 lbs Dry.
