My wife wears them and she has no comfort issues whatsoever and believe me if she don't like it, I'll hear about it. Being a bit smaller and w/o strong hands, she has some trouble securing the buckles completely. I help her by simply providing a sharp blow with my fist and they snap in just fine.
I ride Tech 8s and have no issues with them either. I wear them regardless of what or where I'm riding (MX/sand, dirtbike/quad) so they see a lot of use. Relative to how much I use them, they've done me right. I can probably get through this year (second full year) with them in stock form, but I'll need to rebuild them over the winter.

I love mine, comfortable and fit great. The only complaint I have is that sometimes they are hard to get buckled, but if you pry open the little plastic teeth on the back of the buckle a little bit with a screw driver it helps quite a bit. I think they are about the best looking boot out there too..

Ive got a set They were stiff as a dead carp on the beach when I first got them but after a little ride and walk time there GREAT!
P.S. I usally wear a 11.5 or 12 I had to get a size 13 in these boots .
Also there is alot of room in the shin area .If you wear knee guards there the best
