I HAVE A 98 WARRIOR AND HAS VERY WEAK SPARK. WORKS OK WITH NEW PLUG BUT THEY DON'T LAST LONG AND APPEAR TO BE BURNING RIGHT ON THE MONEY

Im having the very same problems with my 98 warrior so does anyone have any ideas??

I also have a 99 warrior adn it also has a very weak spark,i put it on a 04 raptor <coil plug and plug cap> it sparks just fine on the 04 raptor,so it isnt a coil or plug problem,i put it back on the 99 warrior and the spark is so light,u have to just about cup it to c the spark,it runs butnot very well,any help?

 

u should try replacing ur fuses and bring ur cdi sumwhere to get it checked and see if ne wires are loose or have burn marks

 

i do have spark,its just real weak,could the stator do this also?,i checked wires and cant find a bad 1

 

I had the same problem on my 98, replaced coil, checked stator etc. Believe it or not a new battery took care of the problem!!!!
